Crispy Chicken

Ingredients :

  1. 2 tsp garlic powder
  2. 1 tsp ground black pepper
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp paprika
  5. 1/2 C. seasoned bread crumbs
  6. 1 C. all-purpose flour
  7. 1/2 C. milk
  8. 1 egg
  9. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  10. 1 C. oil for frying, or as needed
CRISPY CHICKEN

Directions :

1. In a shallow dish, add the egg and milk and beat well.
2. In another shallow dish mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.
3. Get your oil, in a skillet to 350 degrees F.
4. Dip the chicken breast halves in the egg mixture and then roll in the flour mixture evenly.
5. Fry the chicken breast halves for about 10 minutes, flipping once half way.
Serve hot.
