FLOUR COATED CHICKEN
Ingredients :
- 1 (3 lb.) whole chicken, cut into
- pieces
- 1 C. all-purpose flour
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
Directions :
In a shallow dish, place the flour.Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt, paprika and black pepper and roll them in the flour evenly.
In a large skillet, heat the oil to 365 degrees F.
Add the chicken pieces and cook, covered for about 15-20 minutes, flipping once half way.
Transfer the chicken pieces onto paper towel lined plates to drain.
