FLOUR COATED CHICKEN

Ingredients :

  1. 1 (3 lb.) whole chicken, cut into
  2. pieces
  3. 1 C. all-purpose flour
  4. salt to taste
  5. ground black pepper to taste
  6. 1 tsp paprika
  7. 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
FLOUR COATED CHICKEN

Directions :

In a shallow dish, place the flour.
Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt, paprika and black pepper and roll them in the flour evenly.
In a large skillet, heat the oil to 365 degrees F.
Add the chicken pieces and cook, covered for about 15-20 minutes, flipping once half way.
Transfer the chicken pieces onto paper towel lined plates to drain.
