INDIAN STYLE FRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients :
- 1 (4 lb.) whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
Directions :
- In a glass dish, mix together the oyster sauce, garlic and curry powder.
- Add the chicken pieces and coat it with the mixture generously.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil on medium-high heat and fry the chicken pieces for about 20-25 minutes.
