Lemon cupcakes
ingredients :
- 1 cup (150 g ) self raising flour
- 2/3 cup lemon butter
- 400 g can condensed milk
- 1 large egg
Instructions :
- Preheat oven 180 C.
- Sift the flour into a bowl and the remaining ingredients.
- Beat with an electric beater just until combined, 1 minute.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the cups.
- Bake for 16 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted in the centre of a cupcake comes out clean.
