Lemon cupcakes

ingredients :

  1. 1 cup (150 g ) self raising flour
  2. 2/3 cup lemon butter
  3. 400 g can condensed milk
  4. 1 large egg

Instructions :

  1. Preheat oven 180 C.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl and the remaining ingredients.
  3. Beat with an electric beater just until combined, 1 minute.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among the cups.
  5. Bake for 16 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted in the centre of a cupcake comes out clean.
