Berry Porridge

Ingredients :

  1. 1/2 cup 65g) Fresh bieberies
  2. 1/2 cup 65g) Fresh raspbemies
  3. 2 tbs, organic raw sugar
  4. 1/2 cup semolina

Instructions :

  1. Reserve a few of the berries for garrish, and puree the remainder with 2 cups of water. Strain the mixture through a sieve into a small
  2. saucepan. 
  3. Add sugar and a pinch of salt to the pan and place over medium heat. 
  4. Bring the puree to the bail, then gently whisk in the semolina,
  5. taking care the mixture does not boil over. 
  6. Reduce the heat as far as possible, and leave the mixture to simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring
  7. frequently , until thickened. Serve garrished with reserved berries.
