Classic Cupcakes

  Traditional cupcakes are always popular

Ingredients :

  1. 200g butter, softened
  2. 1 cup caster sugar
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 2 cups self-raising flour 
Classic Cupcakes ( Only 4 ingredients )

Instructions :

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Line 12 muffin cups with papers.
  3. Using an electric beater, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until smooth.
  5. Sieve the flour and gradually add to the wet mixture.
  6. Add a pinch of salt, and stir to combine.
  7. Fill the papers half way and bake for 16 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and cool.
