Ingredients :

  1. 13 ounces spaghetti 
  2. 2 cups jarred tomato pasta sauce 
  3. 101⁄2 ounces cooked crab meat 
  4. 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Instructions :

  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until almost tender; drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F/325°F convection.
  3. Combine sauce, crab, parsley, and 1⁄2 cup water in large bowl. Add pasta; mix well.
  4. Place a double layer of parchment paper (or foil), cut into 12-inch squares, into small bowl; fill with one sixth of the pasta mixture. Gather corners of paper together above pasta mixture to enclose completely; secure with kitchen string to form a bag. Repeat to make a total of six bags.
  5. Place bags on baking sheet; bake 15 minutes. Remove string before serving.

Tip :

Crab meat is available from fish markets and the seafood section of most major supermarkets.
