Crab spaghetti in a bag
Ingredients :
- 13 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups jarred tomato pasta sauce
- 101⁄2 ounces cooked crab meat
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Crab spaghetti in a bag
Instructions :
- Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until almost tender; drain.
- Preheat oven to 350°F/325°F convection.
- Combine sauce, crab, parsley, and 1⁄2 cup water in large bowl. Add pasta; mix well.
- Place a double layer of parchment paper (or foil), cut into 12-inch squares, into small bowl; fill with one sixth of the pasta mixture. Gather corners of paper together above pasta mixture to enclose completely; secure with kitchen string to form a bag. Repeat to make a total of six bags.
- Place bags on baking sheet; bake 15 minutes. Remove string before serving.
Tip :
Crab meat is available from fish markets and the seafood section of most major supermarkets.
