Fetta Eggs on Toast
Recipe from Eli Nacson Snr & Leon. Great to see a father teaching his son how to cook.Ingredients :
- 2 tbs. olive al.
- 40g fetta cheese.
- 3 hard boiled free range eggs.
- 2 slices of thick, whdlemeal bread.
SERVES 2
Instructions :
- Place the oil in a soup bow! and mash in the fetta (add more if you prefer your food salty). Then mash in the eggs and mix together well.
- Season with pepper or chilli powder (optional) to taste. Toast the slioes of bread and spread the mixture across each slice.
