Fetta Eggs on Toast

  Recipe from Eli Nacson Snr & Leon. Great to see a father teaching his son how to cook.

Ingredients :

  1. 2 tbs. olive al.
  2. 40g fetta cheese.
  3. 3 hard boiled free range eggs.
  4. 2 slices of thick, whdlemeal bread.
Fetta Eggs on Toast

SERVES 2

Instructions :

  1. Place the oil in a soup bow! and mash in the fetta (add more if you prefer your food salty). Then mash in the eggs and mix together well.
  2. Season with pepper or chilli powder (optional) to taste. Toast the slioes of bread and spread the mixture across each slice.

Tip:

 Leon says "My dad was a motor mechanic and this was our favourite breakfast to get him off to work on a fulf
stomach and me off to schoof many moons ago.
