Peri peri salmon ( Only 3 Ingredients )

Peri peri salmon

Serve with rice or potatoes and salad

Serves: 4 adults
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Utensils needed: Baking tray


  1. 400 g of salmon fillets (4 fillets)
  2. 1 tsp of vegetable oil
  3. 1 tbsp of peri-peri spice mix
Peri peri salmon ( Only 3 Ingredients )


  1. Preheat the grill for 10 minutes at a medium heat
  2. Rub a little vegetable oil over each salmon fillet
  3. Then add the peri-peri spice to the salmon and leave to marinate
  4. in the fridge for 5 minutes
  5. Cook the salmon gently for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally
