Red rooster smoothie

Ingredients :

  1. 125 g of fruit-flavoured yoghurt (ideally strawberry, raspberry or cherry)
  2. 200 g of fresh or frozen summer berries (such as strawberries, raspberries or blackberries)
  3. 150 ml of cranberry juice
  4. 1 banana
Red rooster smoothie ( Only 4 Ingredients )

Method :

  1. If using frozen berries, allow them to thaw a little
  2. Peel the banana and roughly chop
  3. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and puree with a hand blender
  4. (or use a liquidiser)
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy straight away

Serves: 2 adults
Preparation time: 5 minutes
