Ricotta, Zcchini, And meat wrap
Ingredients :
- 2 small zucchini
- 1/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese .
- 3 rye or whole wheat wraps
- 3 ounces cured meat

Instructions :
- Preheat sandwich press.
- Slice zucchini lengthwise into ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
- Div ide cheese among wraps; top with zucchini and meat. Roll to enclose.
- Toast wraps in sandwich press about 3 minutes.
- Cut in half to serve.
