Roast beef and coleslaw on rye
Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon creamy horseradish
- 4 slices rare roast beef (4 ounces)
- 4 slices rye bread
- 5 ounces prepared coleslaw

1 Sandwich horseradish, beef, and coleslaw between bread slices.2 Cut as desired to serve.
Tip :
Coleslaw is a great crunchy addition to sandwiches. As long as shredded cabbage is the chief ingredient, you can addjust about anything else to it. Most coleslaws also have grated carrots and a mayonnaise or vinegar (or both) dressing.
