Simple oat bread
Serve with fresh fruitIngredients :
- 350 g of porridge oats
- 500 ml of natural yoghurt
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tsp of bread soda
Methods:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4
- Place the yoghurt and egg in a bowl and mix well
- Add the oats and bread soda to the yoghurt mixture and stir well
- Place the mixture (it should be wet, but not a liquid) in a greased or parchment-lined loaf tin and bake for 60 minutes
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
