Simple oat bread

Serve with fresh fruit

Ingredients :

  1. 350 g of porridge oats
  2. 500 ml of natural yoghurt
  3. 1 beaten egg
  4. 2 tsp of bread soda
Simple oat bread ( Only 4 Ingredients )


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4
  2. Place the yoghurt and egg in a bowl and mix well
  3. Add the oats and bread soda to the yoghurt mixture and stir well
  4. Place the mixture (it should be wet, but not a liquid) in a greased or parchment-lined loaf tin and bake for 60 minutes
Serves: 8 adults
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
