Watermelon and berry salad 

Ingredients :

  1. 4-pound piece seedless watermelon 
  2. 8 ounces strawberries, halved 
  3. 4 ounces fresh blueberries 
  4. 1⁄4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves 
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves : 4

Watermelon and berry salad

Instructions :

  1. Using melon baller, cut out watermelon balls.
  2. Combine watermelon in medium bowl with berries and mint.

Tip:

 This fruit salad is delicious and loaded with healthy goodness. Blueberries are full of antioxidants and have been
shown to lower cholesterol. If you don’t have a melon baller, just cut the watermelon into even-sized square chunks.
