Beef and black bean stir fry 

Ingredients :

  1. 11⁄2 pounds beef sirloin strips 
  2. 1 large red pepper, sliced thinly 
  3. 1 bunch baby choy sum (Chinese cabbage), chopped coarsely 
  4. 1⁄2 cup black bean garlic sauce

Prep + cook time :20 minutes

Instructions :

  1. Heat oiled wok; stir-fry beef, in batches, until just browned.
  2. Add pepper to wok; stir-fry 1 minute. Return beef to wok with remaining ingredients and 2 tablespoons water; stir-fry until choy sum wilts.

 Wok cooking requires neither much fat nor time, making stir-frying one of the quickest ways to get a delicious and
healthy dinner on the table.
