Beef and black bean stir fry
Ingredients :
- 11⁄2 pounds beef sirloin strips
- 1 large red pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 bunch baby choy sum (Chinese cabbage), chopped coarsely
- 1⁄2 cup black bean garlic sauce

Instructions :
- Heat oiled wok; stir-fry beef, in batches, until just browned.
- Add pepper to wok; stir-fry 1 minute. Return beef to wok with remaining ingredients and 2 tablespoons water; stir-fry until choy sum wilts.

Wok cooking requires neither much fat nor time, making stir-frying one of the quickest ways to get a delicious andhealthy dinner on the table.
