  1. For your chicken curry:
  2. 1 sweet onion
  3. 1 C. chopped ginger
  4. 2 Garlic clove
  5. 500 g Tomato puree
  6. 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry paste
  7. 2 tbsp. coffee Turmeric
  8. 250 ml Coconut milk
  9. 500 g Chicken fillet
  10. Salt and pepper

Production :

1. Start preparing your chicken curry by mixing the coarsely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and curry paste in a blender.

2. In a pan with a little oil, cook this onion paste for 10 minutes over medium heat, with 1 to 2 tbsp. tablespoon of water. Stir often. When the onions are tender, add the turmeric and the chicken cut into pieces. Leave to color for 2 minutes then add the tomatoes and coconut milk. Simmer and thicken for 10 to 15 minutes, the time to finish cooking the chicken. Adjust the seasoning.

3. Serve this chicken curry very hot, with basmati rice and a few leaves of fresh coriander.

Variation: replace the chicken with 700 g of shrimp! For the curry paste (more or less spicy depending on the brand), measure according to taste.
