Hedgehogs on the Mop
Cute little hedgehogs to chew on with a good cup of tea!
Ingredients (for 18 hedgehogs):
- 120 gr of butter
- 100 gr of icing sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 100 ml of oil
- 50 gr of almond powder
- 350 gr of flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 egg
For the decor:
• 150 gr of chocolate (dark or milk), chocolate sprinkles and other sweet decorations according to tastePreparation:
- Mix all the ingredients then let stand for 20 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat your oven to 180 °.
- Make small balls of about 40 g, and mold them into a pear shape to obtain the shape of the hedgehog.
- Bake 15/20 minutes at 180 ° and leave to cool before decorating.
- Melt your chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Prepare a cup with the chocolate vermicelli.
- Using a small brush, cover the body of the hedgehog with chocolate, then sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles over it.
- Make the eyes and nose with a cone filled with melted chocolate (I glued small sugar pearls for the nose with the chocolate) and glue the other decorations with chocolate.
- Refrigerate so that the chocolate hardens.
