Peppered beef steaks

- 2 beef tenderloin steaks (8 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon drained green peppercorns
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄3 cup beef stock

Instructions :
- Cook beef in heated oiled medium frying pan until done as desired. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
- Add peppercorns, cream, and stock to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened slightly.
