Ingredients :

  1. 2 beef tenderloin steaks (8 ounces) 
  2. 1 tablespoon drained green peppercorns 
  3. 1⁄4 cup heavy cream 
  4. 1⁄3 cup beef stock

Instructions :

  1. Cook beef in heated oiled medium frying pan until done as desired. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  2. Add peppercorns, cream, and stock to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened slightly.

  Serve these juicy peppery steaks with roasted baby carrots and steamed or microwaved crunchy broccolini.
