Ingredients :

  1. White flour: 4 cups
  2. Sugar: 1/4 cup
  3. Butter: 12 cup (melted)
  4. Eggs: 1 piece
  5. Salt: pinch
  6. Milk powder: 2 tbsp
  7. Yeast: a tablespoon
  8. Warm water: 1 cup
  9. Butter: Bar (cold, not frozen)

How to prepare :

  1. We start by preparing the yeast by putting it in a cup, adding a little warm water and a spoonful of sugar, stirring the ingredients well and leaving it until it ferments. We put the flour in a deep dish, add sugar and salt, and stir the ingredients well until they are combined.
  2. We add the egg while continuing the kneading process until the ingredients are mixed with each other.
  3. We start by adding the melted butter on top of the flour ingredients and then start kneading by rubbing the flour with the butter well so that the butter mixes with the flour and all the other ingredients.
  4. After the yeast has fermented, we add it over the flour mixture and continue kneading until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  5. We add warm water gradually, where we add a little water and knead, then add another quantity and continue kneading and so on until we reach a cohesive and smooth dough.
  6. We leave the dough in a warm place until it ferments for about an hour.
  7. We start by rolling out the butter pan with a rolling pin in the shape of a circular disk and setting it aside.
  8. We roll the croissant dough in the form of a large circle, then we put a butter disk on the croissant dough, then we divide the dough into triangles.
