Mediterranean Crock Pot Chicken with Capers
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. drained capers, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mediterranean Crock Pot Chicken with Capers
INSTRUCTIONS:
● Coat a crock pot using a cooking spray.
● Mix the mustard, garlic, capers, rosemary, about ½ tsp. salt and pepper with vinegar.
● Coat the chicken pieces with the vinegar mixture and marinade well.
● Place the seasoned meat in the crock pot and add the leftover coating on top.
● Allow to cook for 4-6 hours on low until the meat is tender.
● Serve warm and enjoy!
