Sweet chili Beef with pears
Ingredients :
- 4 × 10-ounce Beef loin chops
- 2 small pears, unpeeled, halved, and cored
- 1 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1⁄2 cup sweet chili sauce with ginger

Sweet chili Beef with pears
Instructions :
1. Cook Beef in heated oiled large frying pan; remove from pan, cover to keep warm.
2. Cook pear halves then onion in same pan until browned. Add sauce and 2 tablespoons water to pan; simmer 2 minutes.
3. Serve pork with pear and onion mixture; drizzle the sauce over chops.
