  Weight watchers sesame chicken, an Asian recipe, easy and simple to prepare for a lunch or an evening meal.

Ingredients:

  1. 400 g of chicken breast
  2. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  3. 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  4. 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
  5. 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon of oil
  7. 300 g of cooked rice

Preparation:

• Start by cutting the chicken breast into pieces then place them in a salad bowl.

• Add the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame seeds. Mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

• In a frying pan, heat the oil then put the chicken with the marinade, and cook 8 to 10 minutes on low heat.

• Serve with rice.
